Changing date and time, could be done simply by allowing your computer to boot to windows, or by changing right before the computer boots (system or bios setup).
To change date and time at windows level, double click time in system tray. In the window that opens, click the change date and time button and you are there. You can use the scroll bars to change values, or simply highlight and type in the correct hours, minutes and seconds.
Just above time, you can change date by simply selecting the right month and day, you are done, good luck.
Change date and time in bios setup
In most computers, you will always be asked to press F1 or Del to run setup as the computer starts up, but since all computers are not the same, some will ask you to press different keys for setup access, as well as different setup screens. At this point, I can’t tell you where exactly to access your date and time settings, since I don’t know witch computer you are using, but for most Intel computers, the date and time always falls in the first setup screen, and can be change from that point. Please if you don’t know how to change any settings at this level, then find someone to help you through. Make sure any changes you make should be of your understanding what effects they can course.
Good luck.
