Capture or snap your screen or desktop.

Capturing your screen is a great tool, but unfortunately I have not seen in windows. Capturing helps you save images you wish to publish on your web site directly from your computer.
Even though windows does not have, but we have Microsoft OneNote, which is a tool that helps snap your desktop or desired areas of your screen. When you install Microsoft Office 2007, you also have OneNote installed as one of MS tools, so you don't need any installation of OneNote.

1.       Click start then all programs , Point to  Microsoft  Office then  Mcrosoft Office OneNote
2.       In the Insert  Menu, click “Screen Clipping” from the drop down.
3.       Select an area you want to clip, drag and drop where you want the clipping to end.
4.       Go back to OneNote. The picture you just clipped should appear right there on the OneNote page,  click on the picture clipped, copy and past in Paint, then save as desired format. JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP. This formats will be good for you.
When you are about to capture an area on your screen, make sure there is no other programs running behind OneNote, except the one you want to clip on.
For example, I want to clip my web site this Is what I will do.

a. I will first Open my web site
b. Minimize all running programs except my web site.
c.       Open OneNote as explained above
d.      Click on insert in the menu bar, then Screen Clipping
e.      Then select an area I wish to be clipped.
f.        Then I will go back to OneNote to access the clipped image.

If you checked keenly, you will see that the snap or clipping above is the content of this website, probably the same information you are reading right away.
Note that when you click screen clipping from the insert menu, OneNote will automatically minimize, leaving only the page that follows after you minimize, which is supposed to be the area you want to clip.

The color or the screen changes to light white and the area you select becomes more clearer . if you clip and area you do not want, then its also your place to delete and re-clip a new image, witch should be by going through OneNote screen you are currently in.  This time it should be perfect as your mistakes will be corrected from the first error.

Also there are many kinds of software out there to use. I don't know any for now but i will put them here once i come across any. As and experienced person in using MO OneNote is much better. You can even add other information to your clips and make them more interactive. With OneNote, you do not need any software download since almost all computers have Microsoft Installed in them.

Hope it did work guys?   Good luck, More related posts to the right site of this page.
